Hoozin is heavily based on communities and security. It allows setting up Customer branded communities. These communities come complete with a stream, Document Management, and a set of Workflows. Communities can be Public, Secured, or go in ‘Extranet mode’, being hidden. Your Business and your employees are part of the Portal by definition due to an AD sync process.

In the Hoozin Admin Portal external users can be created and placed in the ‘Extranet Communities’. This is not a ‘Guest mode’, but a full collaboration mode with proper structure secured usage of tools. Any tailormade Workflow made by Hoozin can be consumed in sync by both internal and external users.
